cancellation & refund policy

BEAHEAD PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will only be considered if the rendered services do not meet the quality standards outlined in the requirement and contract documents.
• BEAHEAD PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for any services rendered after 15 days from the completion date
• Since our services are post-paid, no refunds are offered.
