JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a AI/ML Trainer cum Technical Content Writer to join the Company’s Ecosystem Engagement team.
The AI/ML Trainer role is a position of high visibility that enables the creation of significant customer and partner ecosystem impact.
The successful candidate will be an experienced technical trainer with hands-on experience in the domains of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,
Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and preferably with in-depth knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
Technical training responsibilities will include delivering training content to Developers, IT Administrators, Architects and Partners to drive the
adoption and usage of AI. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to combine passion for teaching with an enthusiasm for technology and,
drive learning to establish positive customer relationships. The ideal Technical Trainer will have excellent communication skills, along with proven
technology training experience. Content writing responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas
for new content types and proof-reading articles before publication. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality documentation that
contributes to the overall success of the Company’s and its Clients products, services and solutions. You will join a team that work collaboratively
with various technical and marketing focused individuals from the Company and/or its Clients. We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter
to join our Ecosystem Engagement team. If you are familiar with conducting online and offline trainings, and producing original technical
content, and have an eye for detail, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be
responsible for driving technical readiness of internal and external stakeholders, boost
technology awareness and drive adoption.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
- Work with internal teams to obtain in-depth understanding of products, solutions and
services, along with content creation and training requirements.
- Produce high-quality text, visual and video content that meets applicable standards and is
appropriate for its intended audience.
- Identify stakeholder needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics.
- Deliver highly interactive lectures and trainings in both online/virtual and physical formats.
- Create tutorials and lab exercises to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Write easy-to-understand text, presentations, white papers, case studies, videos, scripts, etc.
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval.
EXPERIENCE
- Degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or other related fields).
- 2-3 years of industry and/or graduate research experience solving analytical problems and building models using quantitative, statistical or
machine learning approaches.
KEY SKILLS
- Teaching experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, and/or other
data analysis tools and techniques.
- Teaching experience performing data extraction, cleaning, analysis and presentation for
medium to large datasets.
- Teaching experience with at least one programming language (i.e. Python, Java, or C+).
- Teaching experience with scientific computing and analysis packages such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikitlearn, dplyr, ggplot2, etc.
- Teaching experience with statistics methods such as forecasting, time series, hypothesis testing, classification, clustering or regression analysis.
- Experience working with and teaching using data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Pyplot, ggplot2, etc.
- Teaching experience with Machine Learning libraries and packages such as PyTorch, Caffe2, TensorFlow, Keras, Theano, etc.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer and/or a Technical Writer.
- Experience conducting research using multiple sources.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, and any other relevant languages.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
- Past experience and success in demonstrating an ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, while generating energy, creating clarity and
delivering desired results for the organization.
- A profound sense of accountability alongside the ability to influence, inspire internal/external teams and organizations.
